How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Adultsfoot Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Adultsfoot Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Adultsfoot Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Minnesota.

How to File

Email contact@adultsfoot.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

You can expect an email from us confirming we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
